We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Package Delivery Associate to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering packages and mail to customers across the Lincoln area.

About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive monthly salary of £1,507.28 (equivalent to £12.54 per hour). You will also receive 22.5 days holiday per year, rising with length of service (pro-rata), and have access to our company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Deliver packages and mail to customers in a timely and efficient manner;">
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative to resolve any issues that may arise during deliveries;">
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner;">
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and proof of delivery;">
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery operations, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.">

  • A valid full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike;">
