Nursing Home Service Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Home Service Leader to join our team in Scunthorpe. As a leader, you will oversee the entire service, working closely with the Senior Management team to ensure the home meets their high standards.

As a Nursing Home Service Leader, you will be responsible for marketing, promoting, and recruiting staff, as well as liaising with governing bodies and local authorities. You will lead and inspire your team to provide outstanding, personalized care to residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a large team of staff to deliver excellent care services.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve resident care and outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and governing bodies.

Salary: £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working, free meals on shift, and annual leave package.
