About Our Company
Bluebird Care started as a small family business in 2004 and has since grown to become one of the largest providers of home care services across the UK. Our mission is to deliver exceptional care that empowers individuals to live their lives with dignity and independence.

The Role
We're currently seeking a Healthcare Assistant Manager to join our team in Lincoln. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care services to our customers, including personal care duties, medication administration, and health promotion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and compassionate team that's dedicated to making a positive impact in our community.

Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with our customers to understand their unique needs and preferences. You'll be responsible for providing personalized care services, including manual handling, using equipment as required, and promoting customer health and well-being. You'll also participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of our care plans and policies.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £13 per hour, consistent shifts, and mileage paid at 30p per mile. You'll also receive induction training, a 12-week mentorship program, and ongoing support to help you grow in your career. Plus, you'll have access to our pension scheme, in-house wellbeing support, and opportunities for qualifications and professional development.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a full driving licence, access to a vehicle, and the ability to work alternate weekends. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding when working with customers. While previous experience in healthcare is preferred, we're happy to provide full training and development opportunities for those new to the industry.

Our Values
At Bluebird Care, we value compassion, empathy, and respect above all else. We believe that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and we strive to create a work environment that reflects these values. If you share our passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact in our community, we encourage you to apply.
