About the Role

LWC Drinks is seeking an experienced Commercial Wine Development Lead to join its sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing wine category plans that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement wine category plans that meet business objectives
  2. Work closely with account managers to identify new business opportunities and develop existing relationships
  3. Manage the wine stock within depots, including slow-moving stock and QA/QC issues
  4. Support the training and education of account managers, as well as local bespoke customer training
