At New Wine Trust, we are seeking a Children's Program Manager to lead and inspire our growing children and youth ministry. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by managing various church activities, supporting and leading a passionate volunteer team, and expanding outreach through local schools and community. Ideal candidates will bring leadership skills, a love for communicating the good news of Jesus, and the drive to cultivate a welcoming, Christ-centered environment.

We estimate that this full-time position comes with a salary in the range of £27,000-£31,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of volunteers
  • Developing and implementing programs for children and young people
  • Fostering relationships with local schools and community groups
