About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning organization in Aldershot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the directors and advisers in their daily tasks
- Prepare for meetings and maintain accurate records on our client management system
- Verify and update documentation as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers and third-party providers
- Chase lenders and solicitors for case progression
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client and provider queries
Requirements:
- IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Focused and driven individual with a strong work ethic
- Desirable qualifications: CII or CEMAP
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £23,000 to £30,000
