About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract in Castleford. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and be proficient in using HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Evaluate compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an HR role is required.
  • Proficiency in using HR system called One Advance is necessary.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • An attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving are vital.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary within the range of £25,000 - £26,000 per annum is offered, along with opportunities to gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment, a supportive team, and positive work culture. The opportunity to progress and be extended is also available.
