About Us

Roundabout Ltd is a leading provider of support services for homeless young people aged 16-25 in Sheffield and Rotherham. We are committed to providing a positive and supportive environment that enables individuals to reach their full potential.

We are seeking an experienced HR and Personnel Assistant to join our team, supporting the HR Lead and Payroll and Personnel Manager in all aspects of HR and personnel administration duties. This is a key role within our organisation, requiring a strong administrative background and ability to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail.

The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous annual leave allowance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development. Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the HR Lead and Payroll and Personnel Manager in all aspects of HR and personnel administration duties
  • Ensuring the smooth running of both functions across Roundabout
  • Helping to promote a positive people programme that supports our vision, culture, and values
