Purchase Ledger Clerk Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at Accountancy And Finance Personnel Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, matching batching & coding of invoices, reconciling Supplier Statements, and managing any credit notes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices
- Reconcile Supplier Statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manage any credit notes and resolve any outstanding queries with suppliers
- Assist the team in the production of the weekly payment runs
- Filing of Accounts Payable documents
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to resolve queries with suppliers
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional overtime

09.00am - 5.00pm or 08.00am - 4.00pm (flexi hours available)
