Finance Administrator Job Summary

The Asset Finance Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the accounting records for accounts payable and receivable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the purchase ledger processes.
  • Raise invoice queries with suppliers and follow through until resolved.
  • Process supplier monthly payments, including foreign currency payments.
  • Checking goods received against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Responsible for the sales ledger processes.
  • Credit control.
  • Customer and supplier account entry.
  • Process credit card transactions.
  • Identify and address discrepancies in all documentation.
  • Update all databases and spreadsheets related to accounting.
  • Courier tracking of goods in transit.
  • Assist with month and year-end financial reporting.
  • Assist with the entering of stock adjustments at month and year-end.
