About the Role

As a Credit Controller with Ashfield Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts and ensuring financial stability. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-paced organization where you will be responsible for cash collection, query resolution, credit management, payment processing, reporting, and escalation.

Responsibilities

  1. Cash Collection: Proactively contact customers to ensure payments are received within agreed credit terms, maximizing cash flow.
  2. Query Resolution: Handle invoice queries and raise credit notes as necessary.
  3. Credit Management: Conduct credit checks and facilitate the opening of new customer accounts.
  4. Payment Processing: Process direct debits and credit card payments efficiently.
  5. Reporting: Provide financial data and status updates regarding your ledger.
  6. Escalation: Manage accounts that require escalation to debt recovery or legal action.

Requirements

  • Recent experience in a similar credit control role.
  • Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic formulas.

What We Offer
