**Job Description / Skills**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Raising all purchase orders for supplies required across the business
- Liaising with suppliers - chasing orders, confirming delivery dates, querying invoices
- Processing all supplier invoices - ensuring invoices are authorised and processed promptly
- Request statements from suppliers and reconcile these to ensure ledgers are accurate
- Manage monthly payment runs and process ad-hoc payments as required
- Process expense claims and credit card statements
- Manage the company’s mobile phones - including new orders, queries, bills
- Support with other tasks in the office as and when necessary

Essential Skills:

- Purchase ledger experience
- Numerate and highly accurate with their work
- Hardworking and a good team player
- Well organised and process driven
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desired Skills:

- Purchasing experience
- Experience in using Sage Accounts
