Job Type: part time - Monday / Wednesday & Thursday (08:30am - 17:00pm) (the hours can be stretched over 4 days to suit school hours if needs be)

Our client is hiring for an all-round administrator who is commercially astute, quick thinking, able to multitask, organise and prioritise.

Duties and responsibilities:
Manage customer interface - order intake process and loading onto the MRP system.

Manage customer delivery and the invoice process.

Arrange customer delivery slots.

Provide customer perspective on any internal queries.

Manage/control stock levels of standard/repeating products.

Set up new customer and supplier accounts.

Check and file customer invoices.

Upload invoices to customer portals

Payroll, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, and Cashbook (Training Provided)

Strong knowledge in using Microsoft Office

Open and approachable

Confident

Articulate

Clear communication

Positive attitude

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 26 per week
