We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Data Centre Operations team in Gloucester. As a key member of our site engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our client, a leading retail and corporate banking organization.

With a strong background in critical environment operations, you will provide technical and operational leadership to our team of 16 shift engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet all contract KPIs and SLAs.

You will be responsible for reactive engineering spend, working closely with our UK Critical Engineering Lead to align with budget expectations. Additionally, you will support the supply chain review process and contribute to our UK-wide engineering supply chain strategy.

As a key member of our team, you will drive standards and implementation of best practice, adhering to employer and contractual governance. You will also provide support and direction to our site operations team in effective resolution of engineering-related risks.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record in critical environment operations, preferably in Data Centres, Hospitals, or MoD sites. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and leading high-performing teams, we would love to hear from you.
