About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiting Staff to join our team at Greene King. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Know the menu inside out and offer recommendations to customers, enhancing their dining experience.
  • Use a tablet to take Food & Drink orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Greet, serve food, and look after our customers whilst they dine with us, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Assist the bar in preparing drinks that meet specs and customer expectations, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
