About the Role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our culinary team as a Chef de Partie at The Hawthorns Retirement. As a key member of our team, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading a culinary service that provides a high-quality and nutritionally balanced experience for our residents.

Your focus will be on preparing and serving food to the highest standards, while also contributing to the overall wellbeing of our residents. You will work closely with the culinary team to develop and review menus, manage stock control, and ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for delivering high-quality culinary services, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, as well as have a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, committed, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our residents. If you have a catering qualification, such as City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ, and a minimum of 1-year catering experience, we would love to hear from you.
