We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our client's Supported Living services in York, North Yorkshire.

About the Organisation

Our client is a leading provider of care and support services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Autism, Behaviour that may Challenge, and Complex Needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of supporting individuals with complex needs and a deep understanding of risk management and health and safety principles.

The salary for this role is around £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Develop and implement effective support strategies.
  • Lead quality assurance efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
