About the Team

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Developmental Learning Disability Nurse to join our newly developed intensive support team. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of the team and play a pivotal role in providing an alternative to in-patient care for individuals with complex physical and emotional health needs.

The focus of the team is to provide an enhanced 7-day service, covering a 12-hour shift pattern, with a strong emphasis on person-centered therapeutic approaches and working in partnership with other agencies.
