At Provenir, we're on a mission to empower businesses to become industry leaders through innovative decisioning and analytics solutions. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating high-quality leads for our global fintech company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with regional sales representatives, sales management, and marketing to align territory strategy tactics and develop a successful Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Develop best practices and provide day-to-day operational direction to the BDR team.
  • Work with Marketing on campaigns and repurpose content in lead nurturing.
  • Join weekly sales team meetings and brief Sales team before calls for engagement and transparency.

Lead Generation:
  • Qualify inbound marketing leads (MQLs) and facilitate hand-off to the regional sales representative.
  • Set up outbound call cadence and manage a consistent flow of leads to Sales Reps.
  • Lead the development and implementation of effective strategies for identifying and targeting potential clients in the financial services industry.
  • Gain a good understanding of Provenir technology and use cases.
  • Work closely with local sales teams to understand key focus areas and support market outreach via agreed channels.
  • Conduct account research to help target key client personas.
  • Utilize diverse channels (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media) to generate high-quality leads.
  • Cultivate prospect relationships, initiate communications, and drive opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Build rapport with key decision makers and transition warm leads to the Sales team.
  • Revisit prior campaigns to reconnect with leads and initiate new conversations.
  • Execute a repeatable sales process, from lead database hygiene, lead identification and qualification to hand over of the opportunity to the sales team.
  • Foster rapport and brand awareness with inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with senior decision makers to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement a consultative sales approach to align client needs with solutions.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of inside sales experience in SaaS or Fintech, with a strong track record in lead generation.
  • Experience of coaching, mentoring or managing a team of BDRs / SDRs.
  • Solid grasp of the financial industry, fintech trends, and SaaS solutions, including successful sales of technical solutions.
  • Proficient in Salesforce for lead management and reporting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex ideas clearly.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing market conditions.
  • Consistent success in surpassing sales goals and expectations.
  • Skilled in conducting solution-driven conversations at the C-Suite level.
  • Language proficiency in Italian or French is a plus.
