Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team at Resi Design LTD. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and performing consultation calls with potential customers to explore their project goals and identify potential objections
- Selling Resi's services and combatting objections with solution-based responses
- Building bespoke quotes and maintaining a diligent follow-up process for maximum conversion
- Building a comprehensive book of referees from existing customer base
- Maintaining a high standard of service at all times while achieving monthly revenue quotas
About You
- 1-2 years' experience working in B2C sales with closing experience
- Real passion for driving new revenue growth
- Ability to build and develop relationships with clients regardless of their location or circumstance
- Desire and grit to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Ability to clearly communicate the Resi vision and brand successfully to customers
- Passion for technology innovation and driven by new ideas
- Ability to work and self-develop independently and as part of a wider team contributing to a shared goal
