SME Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SME Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Ecotricity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the SME sector.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth
- Provide quotations for gas and power contracts, from initial tender to negotiation and acceptance
- Work closely with other departments to cross-promote the company brand and products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to acquire new clients
- Support the launch of new products and services, and take opportunities to cross-sell where appropriate
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to senior management
- Collaborate with the wider sales team, B2B service teams, and trading department to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional who is passionate about our vision for a Green Britain. You will have a strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong understanding of the energy industry, and be able to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.
