SME Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled SME Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Ecotricity, Britain's greenest energy company. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving new business and delivering effective account management to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business energy contracts
- Work closely with the wider sales team, B2B service teams, and trading department to retain and acquire business energy contracts
- Collaborate with the business registration and service departments to ensure seamless account management
- Support back-office in providing aftersales support and customer care
- Produce standard and ad-hoc reporting to the Senior Growth Manager
- Ensure availability to take calls and proactively work with other team members to ensure cover on phone lines
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify new and existing opportunities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet account performance objectives
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Packages
