Certain Advantage is seeking an HR Information Analyst to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of the People Team, you will be responsible for ensuring all systems and data owned and used by the People Team are user-friendly, accurate, and up-to-date.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders across the business, providing people data analysis and insights to support decision-making. You will be an important member of the People team, helping the business make data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning all data and information contained within the HR Information System (HRIS); taking responsibility for the accuracy and consistency and utilizing the system to its full capability.
  • Developing people data models to help decision-making for the People team and senior management.
  • Providing people-related reports, KPIs, and automating this where possible.
  • Taking on the role of superuser of the HRIS and other associated tech platforms used by the People Team.
  • Working with finance and client-facing departments to ensure the right targets are set each quarter, and that they are up to date and accurate in the HRIS.
  • General compliance reporting for the People Team.
Requirements
  • Ability to turn data into insight; understanding commercial data and how to interpret/analyze and present findings to a varied audience.
  • Proficient with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI and SQL).
  • Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of HR Systems (HRIS and other people-related portals).
  • Highly organized and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
