Job Title: HR Information Analyst

Certain Advantage is seeking an experienced HR Information Analyst to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for ensuring all HR systems and data are accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that can be considered on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 3 days). You will work closely with the People Team and stakeholders across the business to provide people data analysis and insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning and maintaining all data and information within the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Developing people data models to inform decision-making for the People Team and senior management.
  • Providing people-related reports, KPIs, and automating reporting where possible.
  • Acting as the superuser of the HRIS and other associated tech platforms used by the People Team.
  • Taking ownership of the People Dashboard and working closely with the BI Team to ensure its continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with finance and client-facing departments to set and track targets within the HRIS.
  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights on people-related information, such as performance, staff turnover, and gender pay gap analysis.
Requirements
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights and present findings to a varied audience.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools, such as Power BI and SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and data analysis.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working in an ambiguous environment.
  • Experience working in an HR/People environment is ideal, but other departments will be considered.
