Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Certain Advantage is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data within the HR Information System (HRIS) and utilizing the system to its full capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning all data and information contained within the HRIS, taking responsibility for accuracy and consistency.
  • Developing people data models to support decision-making for the People team and senior management.
  • Providing people-related reports, KPIs, and automating this where possible.
  • Acting as superuser of the HRIS and other associated tech platforms used by the People Team.
  • Working with finance and client-facing departments to ensure targets are set and up to date in the HRIS.
  • Collaborating with other departments to analyze people-related information, such as performance, staff turnover, and gender pay gap analysis.
  • General compliance reporting for the People Team.

Requirements:

  • Ability to turn data into insight, understanding commercial data and how to interpret and present findings to a varied audience.
  • Proficient with data analytics tools, such as Power BI and SQL.
  • Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of HR Systems, including HRIS and other people-related portals.
  • Highly organized and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
