Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Certain Advantage is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data within our HR Information System (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning all data and information contained within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Developing people data models to support decision-making for the People team and senior management.
  • Providing people-related reports, KPIs, and automating these where possible.
  • Acting as the superuser of the HRIS and other associated tech platforms used by the People Team.
  • Taking ownership of the content within the People Dashboard, working closely with the BI Team to ensure continuous improvements.
  • Collaborating with finance and client-facing departments to ensure accurate targets are set and maintained within the HRIS.
  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights on people-related information, such as performance, underperformance, bonus achievement, staff turnover, and gender pay gap analysis.
  • General compliance reporting for the People Team.

Requirements:

  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights, with a strong understanding of commercial data and its interpretation.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools, such as Power BI and SQL.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of HR Systems, including HRIS and other people-related portals.
  • Highly organized and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience working within an HR/People environment, but other departments will be considered.
