You will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating a team of engineers, scheduling service operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling and deployment of engineers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the service team, leveraging your mechanical engineering knowledge.
  • Ensure all servicing and repairs are carried out to the highest standards and within agreed timeframes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
