Enterprise Holdings is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team at our European Head Office in Egham, Surrey. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing plans to drive growth and success for our franchise partners across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist role include:

  • Developing local marketing communication plans for domestic markets, including digital, social, and print media, sales collateral, email, sponsorship activation, and PR.
  • Managing aspects of local marketing delivery for all brands, utilizing expertise from the wider marketing team.
  • Collaborating with internal marketing to facilitate the execution of plans across digital, experiential, and Above The Line, and measuring impact against pre-defined KPIs.
  • Managing the Brand Resource Centre, ensuring content is up-to-date, and assisting with content requests and updates as required.
  • Working with franchise partners and the Digital Product Team to ensure partner websites meet EHI standards and requirements, and incorporate best practices and learnings from other sites.
  • Acting as a key liaison between franchise markets, the Agency (and/or in-house team of graphic artists), and Marketing to ensure franchise partners are equipped with required marketing communications materials and assets.
  • Providing stakeholders with local performance and budget updates, including marketing fund expenditure.
  • Managing project timing and budgets of local projects.
  • Providing monthly status on key initiatives, measures, and reporting progress.
