About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at PAIGE. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to work in a fast-paced environment, managing customer needs, building relationships, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with all purchases and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Utilize strong selling skills to effectively identify customer needs and close sales.
  • Manage stock levels, including stock takes, deliveries, visual merchandising, and replenishment.
  • Drive sell-throughs on slow sellers and resolve or escalate customer issues.
  • Create detailed reviews of the business and product at the end of each season, including competitor analysis.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience or relevant customer-related experience (i.e., hospitality, etc.). Denim experience and department store experience are preferred.
  • Excellent fashion and retail operations knowledge.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Availability to work retail business hours, including lates, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as customer service skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
