We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd in East Grinstead. As a Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for customers interested in our developments, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Proactively contact customers to introduce them to our developments and provide information on our apartments and lifestyle.
- Work closely with the onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Utilize IT databases to manage customer interactions and sales progress.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to sales and marketing. Previous new homes sales experience, particularly in the retirement market, is desirable.
You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and budgeted selling prices for your development, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
