We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living, a leading provider of independent retirement living solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance in our East Grinstead development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless and positive experience from initial enquiry to move-in day.
- Proactively contacting customers to provide expert advice on our developments and lifestyle options.
- Working closely with the onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices.
- Representing the company in a professional and responsible manner at all times.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and customer service. You will have previous experience in sales, preferably in the retirement or new homes market, and be comfortable working independently with a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent customer relationship skills and a determination to succeed.
- Previous experience of using IT databases and a valid UK driving license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
