At Brakes, we're on a mission to revolutionize the foodservice industry. We're seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our Independent Sales Team, driving growth and innovation in the South London/Kent region.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with independent players in the local food market.
- Develop tailored culinary propositions to help customers save time and money, leveraging our expertise in foodservice trends.
- Hit profit targets and drive business growth, with opportunities for uncapped bonuses and a company car or travel allowance.
- Welcome new clients with style and finesse, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Stay ahead of the competition, monitoring market trends and delivering insights to inform our sales strategy.
We're seeking a commercial-minded individual with a drive to make a difference. While a similar background in Field Sales is beneficial, it's not essential. Our induction program will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
