Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Regional Office team as a first point of contact for internal and external customers. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the designated Regional Office Team, ensuring a high-quality service to our Service Users.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative duties, including opening and distributing mail, sending post and packages, photocopying, maintaining stationery levels and consumables, faxing, and filing.
  • Manning the office switchboard and responding to calls.
  • Maintaining emails, responding to and forwarding on emails as required.
  • Organising venues for meetings and forums.
  • Working closely with the Recruitment Team to provide support in conducting telephone screenings, ensuring the ATS system is kept up to date, and arranging interviews with the operations team.
  • Maintaining Health and Safety in the working environment.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of systems, including key cupboard, stationery stock, booking out of equipment, and ensuring all resources are maintained.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail and accuracy skills, previous administration experience working within a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work as part of a team as well as using their own initiative.
