About the Role
This Contract Administrator position offers the opportunity to work with an incredible team and express your individuality. As a member of our Legal Department and Data Protection team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. Your tasks will include performing general admin duties, creating legal documents, and managing data in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Performing general admin duties to support the legal, compliance, renewals, third-party alliances, and Data Protection functions.
- Creating legal documents for internal and external distribution.
- Checking legal documents prior to internal and external distribution.
- Day-to-day use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and AdobeSign.
- Updating data sources, including terminations, licence bandings, and renewal dates.
- Maintaining data in Salesforce.
- Creation and distribution of licence keys.
- Access to and updating of third-party alliance portals.
- Management of purchase orders for third-party alliances.
- Providing ad-hoc support to Account Management and Sales teams.
