Role Purpose
Ideagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day - from keeping airplanes soaring in the sky, to ensuring the food on our tables is safe, to helping doctors and nurses care for the sick.
So, when you think of Ideagen, think of it as the silent teammate that's always working behind the scenes to help those people who make our lives safer and better.
Every day millions of people are kept safe using Ideagen software. We have offices all over the world including America, Australia, Malaysia and India with people doing lots of different and exciting jobs.
Ideagen believe that by recruiting diverse and talented individuals, we create an inclusive community for all. We are committed to empowering all colleagues to maximise their potential and express their unique characteristics, experience, and knowledge to achieve their ambitions.
Operating across the North American region you will become trusted ambassador to our clients. You will be selling to and working with some of the largest Government, Defense & AEC Companies in the world.
We are seeking an Application Engineer for our DevonWay product to partner with customers to design, configure, and document all or parts of a mobile and/or desktop solution and then iteratively build, test, deliver, and support solutions using the DevonWay technology stack and industry-standard tools such as SSRS and SQL.
The main deliverable from an Application Engineer is a high-quality, reliable, and easy-to-use application that meets the customer’s needs. By using the DevonWay platform, applications can be built without having knowledge of specific programming languages like Java. Application configuration, however, does require advanced technical skills. All Application Engineers also assist in providing technical support to existing customers.
