MSK Physiotherapy Team Lead and Clinical Specialist Position

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to fill the role of MSK Physiotherapy Team Lead and Clinical Specialist. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, providing high-quality musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation services to the community.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the MSK Physiotherapy team, providing clinical supervision and mentoring to junior staff and students.
- Manage a complex caseload, including more complex MSK cases as required.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including GPs, Consultants, Nurses, and other AHPs, to provide expert patient-centered musculoskeletal care.
- Develop and implement clinical pathways, working in partnership with service users and staff to achieve improved health outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of professional practice and the transformation and evaluation of service delivery.

Requirements
- BSc Hons/equivalent in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registration
- Relevant postgraduate training at Masters Level or equivalent
- Extensive postgraduate experience with significant experience at a Senior level
- Experience of taking responsibility and managing complex caseloads
- Experience of clinical supervision of junior staff and students
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
- Appropriate Clinical Educator Course
- Experience of audit procedures
- Leadership and first-line management experience
