MSK Physiotherapy Team Lead and Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Team Lead and Clinical Specialist in the Musculoskeletal (MSK) service. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background in MSK physiotherapy and experience in leadership and management.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the MSK physiotherapy team and provide clinical supervision to junior staff
- Manage a complex caseload of MSK patients and provide expert clinical care
- Develop and implement clinical pathways and guidelines for MSK physiotherapy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Contribute to the development of the MSK service and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
- Postgraduate qualification in MSK physiotherapy or a related field
- Experience in leadership and management, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of MSK physiotherapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
