Regional Business Development Manager

We're currently seeking an Area Manager to join our team in S.K. South Bank - Middlesborough. As an Area Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food production facility, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of production staff to ensure efficient and effective food production processes
- Monitoring and controlling production costs to ensure profitability
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth. You'll also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £33,759 per annum, plus benefits including:
