About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience and Operations Specialist to join our team at Sky. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth by aligning people-related goals with technology objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs related to workplace experience, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Aligning people-related goals with technology objectives to enhance productivity, employee engagement, and overall workplace efficiency.
  • Driving the adoption of new tools and platforms that improve communication, collaboration, and workflow efficiency.

You will also plan, organize, and execute internal events, company-wide meetings, and employee engagement initiatives. In addition, you will lead initiatives to enhance the overall workplace experience, such as office layout, amenities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience facilitating and chairing large-scale events and department-wide meetings.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and transforming large amounts of data to create insightful narratives and drive improvements.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
