The Operational Governance Team is part of Technology’s Strategic Services team and runs operations for the Group Technology Exec. We work across departments to make sure there are smooth frameworks in place for decision making, planning and reporting, helping to keep Group Technology ahead of the game.

We’re looking for a master storyteller to join Group Technology’s Operational Governance Team as a Corporate Designer who combines creative and analytical skills to positively engage and influence the business via the creation of powerful narratives that skillfully tells Group Technology’s story.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support the Head of Operational Governance to drive collaboration between senior leaders through the creation of brilliant materials for internal Technology executive and leadership governance committees (including Group Tech Exec, strategy forums, portfolio management meetings, budget reviews, operational reviews, etc.)
- Use your design expertise and experience of working with a wide range of tools, frameworks and techniques to produce corporate graphics, like engaging presentations and video that help set up senior leaders for success by helping them simplify and effectively communicate about complex topics.
- Own the visual representation of the Group Technology Operational Governance strategic key events road map, which helps the execs focus on and prepare for the stuff that really matters e.g. Monthly updates from the Group CTO to the Group CEO & Exec, Group Technology’s monthly strategy and governance meetings etc.
- Support the Head of Operational Governance establish and mature the new Group Technology Operational Governance Function

**What you’ll bring**:

- This role is broad, strategic and delivery focused and requires a graphics designer with the right influence to organise, corral, engage and communicate at all levels of Sky Group.
- Experience of working in a corporate environment delivering corporate design initiatives
- Really proficient at using PowerPoint and Adobe creative tools with good video design and motion graphic skills.
- Extensive experience of turning corporate content and data into a compelling narrative that simplifies complexity for a senior audience
- A creative and collaborative attitude with a strong team ethos
- A proactive personality that’s comfortable working with a blank canvas
- An insatiable curiosity always looking for why things are the way they are - you’ll support innovation and change and won’t be afraid to challenge the norm
- A track record of being detail-oriented and proactively conducting due diligence prior to completion of task, assignments, and/or projects
