About the Role:
Our prestigious and leading UK banking client based in the city of London, is actively seeking a Senior HR Administrator to join their small but friendly and hardworking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, supporting the HR team with onboarding, benefits & employee relations issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will be the first point of contact for new joiners to the business.
* Inductions for new joiners.
* You will have full ownership of the onboarding and background screening process.
* Preparing contracts and offer letters.
* You will provide guidance and manage stakeholders with policies and procedures.
* Help with employee lifecycle duties that include leave/absence, etc.
* Advise on maternity/paternity etc.
* Complete changes for salaries/job titles/notices.
Requirements:
* Experience as an HR administrator/coordinator.
* Strong knowledge of policies and procedures.
* Experience providing and coaching stakeholders on matters of employee relations is crucial.
* Experience working in a mid-size Finance/Banking environment.
* Good experience as a generalist HR professional.
* Excellent communication skills.
* High attention to detail.
