Senior HR Administrator

McGregor Boyall is seeking a Senior HR Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, supporting the HR team with onboarding, benefits & employee relations issues.
This is a hybrid role for 3 days in the office, with the expectation of 4 days in the office for the first few weeks for training.
The ideal candidate will have experience as an HR administrator/coordinator, strong knowledge of policies and procedures, and experience providing and coaching stakeholders on matters of employee relations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Inductions for new joiners.
- Full ownership of the onboarding and background screening process.
- Preparing contracts and offer letters.
- Guidance and management of stakeholders with policies and procedures.
- Employee lifecycle duties, including leave/absence, maternity/paternity, and salary changes.
