Job Title: Senior HR Administrator - Policy Expert
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Administrator to join our team at McGregor Boyall. As a Senior HR Administrator, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, supporting the HR team with onboarding, benefits & employee relations issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be the first point of contact for new joiners to the business.
- Inductions for new joiners.
- Full ownership of the onboarding and background screening process.
- Preparing contracts and offer letters.
- Guidance and management of stakeholders with policies and procedures.
- Employee lifecycle duties including leave/absence, etc.
- Advice on maternity/paternity, etc.
- Changes for salaries/job titles/notices.
Requirements:
- Experience as an HR administrator/coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Experience providing and coaching stakeholders on employee relations is crucial.
- Mid-size finance/banking environment experience.
- Generalist HR professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
