Job Title: Senior HR Administrator - Policy Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Administrator to join our team at McGregor Boyall. As a Senior HR Administrator, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, supporting the HR team with onboarding, benefits & employee relations issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be the first point of contact for new joiners to the business.
  • Inductions for new joiners.
  • Full ownership of the onboarding and background screening process.
  • Preparing contracts and offer letters.
  • Guidance and management of stakeholders with policies and procedures.
  • Employee lifecycle duties including leave/absence, etc.
  • Advice on maternity/paternity, etc.
  • Changes for salaries/job titles/notices.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an HR administrator/coordinator.
  • Strong knowledge of policies and procedures.
  • Experience providing and coaching stakeholders on employee relations is crucial.
  • Mid-size finance/banking environment experience.
  • Generalist HR professional experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
