Key Account Manager

At Workwell People Solutions Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our agency partners and consultants, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all inbound queries promptly and efficiently, allocating agency support effectively and within agreed SLAs.
- Handle and assist enquiries from owners and directors, consultants, and staff at resource level.
- Assist account managers with administrative tasks for key accounts, ensuring smooth operations.
- Cover for account managers' inboxes during their absence, ensuring continuity of service.
- Complete all audit requests, KID documents, and other paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Serve as the main resource for all inbound team calls.
- Have high levels of technical knowledge on all aspects of the umbrella and CIS solutions, and Crest systems/processes.
- Have good levels of market/commercial awareness.
- Be 'the eyes and ears of the team.'
- The ability to manage the working day and prioritise tasks effectively are essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
- Having a proactive mindset by taking the initiative to solve problems and showing a commitment to continuous improvement.
- It would also be helpful to consider how you can effectively manage high volumes of inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and providing exceptional service.
