Senior Key Account Manager

Vertex IT Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to focus on key clients and establish new business opportunities within existing client groups. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with a strong ability to upsell and cross-sell from a range of products and services. Key responsibilities include identifying and closing new business opportunities, ensuring all sales opportunities are exploited thoroughly, and tracking and targeting lapsed customers to sponsor reactivation and sales of additional credit bundles and associated services. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Key Account Management role and a strong aptitude and knowledge of sales and marketing techniques. The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for producing high levels of quotes sent out and returned, taking into account conversion rates as well as the estimated budget towards actual spend over 12 months. The role requires a strong computer skills and passion for data, as well as proven leadership and project management skills.
