Customer Growth and Development Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Growth Specialist to join our team at Radius, a leading provider of innovative telematics solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer growth and development through proactive account management and strategic relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer growth, training, and development of best practices to drive business value and return on investment.
  • Develop and execute upsell campaigns to increase customer retention and adoption rates.
  • Become the single point of contact and escalation for customers, providing prompt and efficient support.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn risk through targeted outreach campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire client loyalty and adoption.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships.
  • Commercial acumen with a good track record of similar roles with significant commercial results.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
