MoonPay offers a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company that's changing the face of the web3 industry. As a Support Analyst for our Customer Experience (CX) team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.
About the RoleThis is a 6 month contractor role, with an opportunity to become a full time, salaried employee. You'll work closely with our global team to provide support to customers across various channels, and act as a subject matter expert to drive improvements in your area.
Responsibilities- Offer exceptional customer support through multiple channels, including email, chat, voice, and social media.
- Monitor and meet performance metrics such as NPS, CSAT, QA, and productivity.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive support processes, workflows, and documentation.
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend solutions to improve the overall customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in Customer Support, Customer Success, and/or Operations.
- Familiarity with support CRM systems.
