Social Care Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated Social Care Advocate to join our team at Positive Futures. As a Social Care Advocate, you will be responsible for advocating on behalf of individuals with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals in making informed decisions about their care and support.
- Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their rights and needs are met.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement person-centered support plans.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of paid experience in supporting individuals in a social care setting.
- Preferably, experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or autism.
- QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Benefits:
- 24/7 access to a UK GP via phone.

- Enhanced Sick Pay.
Salary: Up to £25,500 per annum, depending on experience.
