As a Personal Care Professional with Total Care Recruitment, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the Lisburn area. This is a full-time position requiring shift work, including day shifts, waking nights, and sleep-in duties. The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year's experience working directly with families and service users, or equivalent qualifications and experience. Current registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council is also essential.

Some of your key responsibilities will include providing personal assistance with primary needs such as toileting, feeding, bathing, and showering, ensuring safe supervision and direct care support to service users, and participating in monitoring and reviewing of service users' care plans. You will also facilitate and enable service users to participate in meaningful activities and assist in the development of high-quality person-centered services and assist in the development of the service according to changing needs.
