Key Responsibilities

As a Care and Support Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assisting with medication management and administration
  • Supporting clients with shopping, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Facilitating social interaction and companionship for clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No prior experience in social care is required, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
